Shiyi Liu

Shiyi Liu is a second-year doctoral student in the Teaching Learning and Technology program at Lehigh University. She earned her bachelor’s degree in Interactive Media and Game Development at Worcester Polytechnic Institute and her master’s degree in Design and Development of Digital Games at Teachers College, Columbia University. Building on her robust background in technology, Shiyi’s current research focuses on AI Literacy education. Particularly, Shiyi is passionate about AI ethics. She is exploring how ethical considerations can be seamlessly integrated into technology and digital learning environments, aiming to empower learners with the skills to navigate and critically evaluate emerging AI technologies.
